UK02Map provides ECU (Engine Control Unit) file modification services. Users upload their original ECU files, select tuning options, and receive modified files for download.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are the legal owner of the vehicle for which tuning is requested, or have authorization from the owner
  • You understand that ECU modifications may void manufacturer warranties
  • You will only use our services for off-road or motorsport purposes where emissions modifications are prohibited by law
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency you select (GBP, EUR, or USD). Payment is required before we process your file. We accept payment via Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all orders. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

The modified ECU files we provide are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share modified files with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

UK02Map is not liable for any damage to your vehicle, engine, or other components resulting from the use of our modified files. ECU tuning carries inherent risks, and you accept these risks by using our Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific performance gains or results from our tuning services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
