Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

The tuned file does not work correctly with your vehicle
The tuning does not meet the specifications you requested
You experience issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
The request is made within 14 days of order completion

Revision Process

Before processing a refund, we offer free revisions to address any issues. Our engineers will work with you to adjust the tuning to meet your requirements. Most issues can be resolved through revisions within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Include your order number and a description of the issue
We may ask for diagnostic information to help understand the problem
If revisions cannot resolve the issue, we will process a full refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available if:

The request is made more than 14 days after order completion
The file was used/flashed to a vehicle other than what was specified
Vehicle damage occurred due to improper flashing procedures
The tuning was performed as requested but you changed your mind
